March 08, 2004
Departure at 08:55 am from Istanbul with British Airways flight BA 675 to San Francisco via London. Arrive 11:05 am to London Heathrow airport and spend two hours for the connection to San Francisco. Our connection flight is at 13:30 pm with British Airways flight BA 275. We are going to arrive to San Francisco at 16:40 pm local time and then transfer to hotel of your choice. Choice hotels are Holiday Inn, Renaissance Parc 55 Hotel or Intercontinental Hotel.

March 09, 2004
Today we are going to have a half day city tour of San Francisco. Free time after tour for congress registration.

March 10-14, 2004
Free days for congress participation. On those days optional tours may be organized for both doctors and their relatives who will not visit congress. Also it will be possible to visit other cities with the same flight ticket after the congress (the desired route has to be arranged before the ticket has been issued in Turkey). On last day March 14th, we are going to leave The States at 19:30 pm with BA 286/680.

March 15, 2004
We are arriving to London at 14:00 pm local time and change flight at 16:05 pm to continue Istanbul. Tour ends in Istanbul at 21:45 pm by arrival.

We kindly request you to give information to one of your Altur agent until November 20, 2003, and transfer the deposit of US $200.00 until December 12, 2003 to Altur Travel & Tourism Co. account at Garanti Bank Ankara Branch, account number 170-4098525.

This program my be extend to Hawaii in case of request.
